I couldn't be happier! Sue was always encouraging and helpful and right there through the entire process, even offering positive encouragement when the first sale fell through (buyer, not realtor). I can't recommend anyone more highly, and did interview a half-dozen or more realtors before selecting Sue (with a huge nod to Mandy as well). Sue was recommended to me after a successful transaction my son and daughter-in-law had with her. She's approachable, negotiable and really seems to understand and consider who will be the best fit to purchase your home rather than jumping at the first valid offer.
